Return Policy

We will only accept returned merchandise, under the following conditions:

• The products are unopened and original packaging is in good condition
• Your test result is inconclusive
• Your sample was contaminated and must be resubmitted

If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, you may receive a courtesy replacement, as long as an image is emailed.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

The ReliaHealth test kits do not expire, so you may use them whenever symptoms occur. Even if symptoms have subsided after you received your kit, simply keep it with you and ship back a sample the next time you feel discomfort and before taking antibiotics. If you’ve already started antibiotic treatment, wait 2 weeks before submitting a sample to get the most accurate results.

Refunds will only be credited to the original card used to make the purchase.
